All projects start with The Design Edit, whether you’re building, renovating, or furnishing your home. In this complimentary 1:1 session, we’ll refine your vision, create a custom design board, and answer any questions about the process. You’ll walk away with clarity on who to involve, what to expect, and the next steps for your project. If we decide to move forward, the CoCreative process begins as outlined below.

  • Every project begins with an initial assessment so we can gather essential information, understand your needs, and set clear objectives for the project.

  • After the assessment, you receive a detailed proposal outlining deliverables, expectations, and total project fee, including an investment estimate.

  • Next, we’ll schedule a collaborative session to review initial design plans, involving you in all the fun and essential parts of the process.

  • Once you’ve given the design your stamp of approval, we’ll support the renovation team, order furnishings, and prepare for Reveal Day.

  • Our team takes your project across the finish line by arranging furniture, hanging art, mirrors and window treatments and adding wow factor with styling.
