Our scope includes developing a unified finishes palette, specifying cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, tile, and flooring, and delivering builder-ready documentation that supports a seamless construction process. Every decision is made with the full home in mind, creating continuity across architecture, interiors, and outdoor living spaces.

The result will be a layered, timeless home that reflects both elevated design and thoughtful functionality, executed with clarity from the ground up.

Two-Story Addition + Renovation | Marvin, North Carolina

This 2,000+ square foot addition and renovation reimagines the home to better support multi-generational living and modern day function . We are collaborating with the builder to refine architectural flow while guiding all interior selections and furnishings throughout the expanded home.

The first floor introduces a private mother-in-law suite alongside a dedicated home gym with integrated sauna, while the second floor transforms into a fully reimagined primary retreat, complete with a custom walk-in closet, secondary laundry, holiday storage, and dual office spaces.

Our role ensures every layer, from space planning to finishes and a new furnishings that fit the new spaces, works together seamlessly, resulting in a home that feels intentional, elevated, and designed for the way this family lives.

This project began as a blank, all-white bedroom and is currently in the early design concept phase. Our clients approached us with a clear vision: to transform the space into a nursery for their first child, one that felt joyful, layered, and full of personality, while still maintaining a refined and elevated aesthetic.

Drawn to our use of bold color, playful pattern, and thoughtful texture, we developed a concept that balances whimsy with sophistication. A curated palette of soft blush tones, rich reds, muted blues, and warm accents sets the foundation, while moments like a statement crib, tailored upholstery, and a fully wallpapered ceiling introduce depth and visual interest.

The result is a design that feels both imaginative and intentional, a space designed to grow with their child while reflecting the warmth and excitement of this new chapter.
